ANC Caucus statement on car accident

The African National Congress Parliamentary Caucus has learned with sadness a motor car accident in which Member of Parliament and three Parliamentary support staff members were injured and six public members died when two cars collided on the N1 road to Polokwane yesterday.
MP Mokabhe Maziya and three staffers, Tyhileka Madubela, Rita Schaafman, and Lewellyn Brown have been admitted at the Polokwane Medi-Clinic. Caucus wishes them a speedy recovery and will be closely monitoring their progress.
We further extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved relatives of the six passengers who lost their lives. Caucus has been profoundly aggrieved by this accident.
