I move without notice, that the House;
Noting,
That the South African Cricket Team, the Proteas has won the Test series against England in the United Kingdom;
Further noting,
That, this is the first test series victory on English soil since re-admission back to the international game of cricket;
Believes,
That, the deepening of transformation will take our cricket team to new heights;
Congratulate,
The Proteas on winning the test series and wishing them well in the coming one day series
